shipping charge will be applied to orders less than $25.00.
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) via UPS or DHL. Orders placed over Weekends &
Holidays will ship the next business day. Sometimes weekends are very busy and require an extra business day
for shipment, we thank you for understanding.
Items weighing over 150 lbs will be shipped via a common carrier of our choice. Common Carrier deliveries which
require residential, lift gate, and other special delivery charges are at buyer's cost, please inquire prior to ordering.
The free Delivery offer will not apply to any order where cancellations or returns reduce the amount of qualifying
purchases to less than $25. GTS-Welco reserves the right to charge applicable shipping and handling costs to any
such orders.
GTS-Welco may change or discontinue this Free Delivery promotion at any time.
P.O. BOXES: We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
World wide shipping: We currently do not ship outside of the United States, however, we are investigating this
possibility. When we start this service, we plan on using USPS economy parcel post. Buyer will be responsible for
shipping charges, and all import duty taxes.
We accept American Express, Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, and now PayPal. We will also accept Money
Orders (Please use the: "Mail/Fax" order option during
checkout). Our checkout system allows for "Purchase
Orders" as well during checkout, however we only accept
"Purchase Orders" for Schools and Educational Institutions
at this time. Also, an order placed using the "Purchase
Order" option will only be shipped after a credit
application has been completed and approved (we will contact
your organization to make these arrangements).
Pricing
GTS-Welco.com does not
guarantee pricing found on the web to be available in our
"brick and mortar" branches, as these branches provide
our customers with additional value. We operate over forty
"brick and mortar" stores that are staffed with
well trained, knowledgeable and experienced individuals who can
assist you in person.
The difference between purchasing online and in person is
the ability to speak with someone face to face. You get
personal attention and different credit/payment options. GTS-Welco.com pricing reflects
market pricing as determined via the web. GTS-Welco.com
makes all attempts to have accurate pricing listed at all
times, however sometimes errors may occur. Pricing found to
be in error due to typographical causes or due to technical
difficulties may not be honored. If we determine that the
pricing on your order is inaccurate we will contact you via
email then cancel your order and refund your credit card
ASAP, after which we will update or otherwise correct the
issue that caused the pricing discrepancy.
Warranty
All new products will come
with full manufacturer's warranty. We will assist in getting
phone numbers and local authorized service centers near you.

Returns
Please contact us via email or
telephone. We will refund or exchange any defective
merchandise. There may however be a re-stocking fee for any
item returned that is not defective. Shipping and handling
is very expensive, and we must cover our costs. All items
returned must be in un-opened, brand new condition.
